Seal provides a multi-currency wallet enabling digital currency custody and instant conversion/exchange rates between Nigerian Naira (NGN) and West African CFA Franc (XOF).
3. KYC and AML Compliance
Users must undergo our Identity Verification checks (KYC) to access transfer and swap functionalities. You agree to provide accurate and updated identity credentials, including BVN, NIN, and government-issued identification cards. Providing false info will lead to immediate account suspension.
Refund Policy
At Seal, we strive to provide the most reliable instant swap and cross-border wallet services. Please review our Refund Policy below details regarding transactions, cancellations, and disputes.
1. Swapping & Currency Conversion
All completed currency swaps and conversions (NGN to XOF or XOF to NGN) executed through the Seal platform are final. Because live currency exchange rates fluctuate constantly and conversions are settled instantly, completed swap transactions cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded once processed.
2. Failed or Incomplete Transactions
In the event that funds are debited from your local bank account or wallet but the corresponding swap or destination transfer fails due to network issues or API downtime, Seal will automatically detect the failure and initiate a reversal.
- Automated Reversals: Usually processed within 24 hours of the failed transaction.
- Manual Escalations: If a failed transaction does not reverse within 48 hours, please reach out to customer support at seal@wwwseal.com with your transaction reference.
3. Refund Timelines & Settlement
Approved refunds for failed manual deposits or destination bank payouts will be credited back to the original source account. Depending on your financial institution and local payment rails, it may take 1 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
